13.What is the procedure in the event of an accident?

In case of an accident, it is important that the Renter promptly notify Rental Car Corfu Airport and the authorities (police). Failure to inform Driveaway and the police means that the Renter is responsible for covering all damages to the vehicle and any loss for the days that it is back in the garage for repairs without generating income for Rental Car Corfu Airport.

14.What happens if the keys are lost?

If the keys are lost and damaged, the Renter is liable to pay for replacement costs.

15.Is roadside assistance free, and what happens if the vehicle can’t be quickly repaired?

Roadside assistance due to malfunction and defects of the vehicle is provided at no cost to the Renter. If the vehicle cannot be quickly repaired, then another vehicle may be offered to the Renter. If an alternative vehicle is not available, then the Renter will get a full refund for the entire cost of the rental.
